Our story

Roch Sweets began with a simple mission: to bring the joy of quality confectionery to sweet lovers everywhere. Based in the heart of Rochdale, Lancashire, we have grown from a local sweet shop into an online confectionery retailer serving the whole of the UK.

Our passion for sweets runs deep. We remember the excitement of visiting the sweet shop as children, carefully selecting our favourites and watching them being weighed into paper bags. That same magic is what we aim to recreate with every order we fulfil.

Today we offer over 2,000 different products, from nostalgic retro classics to the latest confectionery, all available in multiple weight options to suit any occasion or budget.

What we do differently

Most sweet shops will tell you their range is big and their prices are fair. Ours are, but so is everybody’s, so here is the thing that is actually different:

We publish the complete ingredient declaration and allergen statement on every single product we sell — including the manufacturer’s “may contain” advisories, reproduced word for word rather than summarised, and the per-100g nutrition panel. Not on the popular lines. On all of them.

No competitor we audited does that. It is why our guides exist, and why they say “we cannot guarantee that” where that is the honest answer.

Weighed to order

Nothing here is picked off a pre-packed shelf. Bags are weighed and sealed when you order them, which is why the price is shown per 100g on every listing — so a 200g bag and a 3kg sack can be compared properly instead of guessed at.
